Paris est belle! New international client on digital transformation journey

I just landed in Paris, about to kick off a new consultancy assignment for an international client. The assignment is to assess Communications strategies and planning, make recommendations on channel strategy and digital branding, as well as provide mentorship and coaching to a Comms team. Exciting!

In the past six months I have been fortunate enough to do marketing consultancy for interesting clients in digital transformation and IoT, covering a range of technologies, including data analytics, machine learning, AI and LoRaWAN.

I have facilitated ideation workshops, brainstorming sessions, helped identify branding needs and web requirements, project managed the sourcing of a new digital agency, interviewed industry partners and provided recommendations on partner marketing strategies and plans, and developed case studies.

I am grateful for the work. Anyone running their own business will acknowledge that it has its challenges but is also very rewarding. I learn a lot about new industries, business areas, technologies and about myself.
