We're nearing the end of the year. Busy times for most companies. Following work for Cleura – the European cloud – in Q4 on Marketing Strategy, recommendations and planning for 2024, Mimmis Cleeren is now leading Value Proposition workshops at the client's office in Solna this and next week.
A company's value proposition should be based on a thorough target audience analysis, defining the characteristics, behaviors and needs of the company's audiences. When done right, the value proposition will then articulate how the company's products and services address customer needs, problems and concerns, and identify facts, proof-points and customer feedback to back up various claims. Finally, specific messaging will be developed, suitable for different audience segments and personae.
