Today I had the pleasure of attending a lunch with the International Women in Business (IWIB) network at the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce. Rosie Kropp from Lavandel gave an inspiring presentation about Branding & Innovation ("Innovate or Evacuate") to a group of smart, international business women living in Stockholm.

Rosie talked about the importance of innovation, storytelling, a bold vision, heart and purpose for building a strong brand, and how becoming complacent and arrogant has lead to some brands having to 'evacuate' the market.

The presentation was followed by interesting discussions about how to analyze trends (technology or other) and their potential impact on your business to stay relevant in a dynamic market, how to build an agile culture, about diversity, inclusion, etc.

I walked away with not only food in my belly but food for thought and ideas for future client discussions.
