A transformation journey
SUNMICO supported Sivers Semiconductors on their Nasdaq journey for over three years with strategic advice and project management, facilitating growth through step-wise scale-up activities and improvements in marketing and corporate communications. Successful rebranding, new website, social media efforts and brand awareness campaigns led to increased visibility, brand recognition and engagement with key industry audiences.

Pley – Interim Head of Marketing in gaming industry
As Interim Head of Marketing, Mimmis Cleeren transformed Pley's marketing strategy and branding to match its new go-to-market approach. She fostered cross-team collaboration to create a tailored B2B value proposition and messaging, revamp the website and enhance digital campaigns, resulting in increased publisher engagement. The introduction of a new visual identity, Brand Book and compelling event design and marketing materials for key events like GamesCom greatly increased brand recognition in the gaming industry.

During six months, Mimmis Cleeren conducted a situation analysis, brand review, led ideation workshops and requirements gathering, and managed agency sourcing to evolve the Combient brand experience and digital presence. She also developed case studies for increased understanding and knowledge sharing about digital transformation topics and the use of industrial AI.

Capgemini – Interim Head of Group IT Communications
Mimmis Cleeren, engaged as a Marcom coach and Interim Head of Group IT Communications, played a key role in Capgemini's digital transformation. She developed a new Group IT Identity Framework, content and channel strategy that boosted internal communications, enhanced Group IT's image, and led to better communication quality, increased employee engagement, and greater adoption of new IT systems and tools, ultimately improving productivity and collaboration.

SUNMICO has delivered editorial and PR services for Evertiq, a global electronics news publisher. For nearly two years, SUNMICO has provided timely news coverage in English and Swedish by two freelance journalists who consistently meet publication deadlines. PR planning for Evertiq Expo Gothenburg 2023 established clear branding and messaging for the event series and contributed to a successful event.

Digital Nordix – Partner marketing strategy
SUNMICO provided strategic B2B marketing advisory and partner marketing research to a Swedish IoT / LoRaWAN™ network operator.
