Foxway is a leading Nordic IT company dedicated to sustainable digital development and circular IT, offering full device lifecycle management in-house. In 2021, the company had 800 employees across six countries, and was undergoing significant changes due to mergers and a recent rebranding.

 

To align with its new vision and support further growth, Foxway hired executive marketing consultant Mimmis Cleeren on a 6-month assignment (2021-2022) as Interim Head of Marketing and project manager for its Circular Workspace Solutions division. Her job was to develop business area specific marketing strategies, assist the marketing function with process improvements and planning of various brand building (internal and external) and lead-generation activities.

  • Managed marketing of Foxway’s circular IT solutions for Private and Public sectors

  • Led team performance, objective setting, and process improvements

  • Developed marketing strategy

  • Handled annual marketing planning and budgeting

  • Coached the development of new partner marketing strategy and co-marketing plans

  • Oversaw campaign and event planning, including digital content production for web, print ads, social media, ABM, and email marketing

  • Planned PR for major Public sector IT deal

  • Served on Division leadership team reporting to Group CMO

  • Developed new company presentation

Results

 

Better strategic planning and coordination, aligning marketing activities with overall company strategy, resulted in enhanced resource and budget utilization. Improved communication and reporting of key marketing results increased awareness of the marketing function's value among stakeholders and leadership. Collaborative efforts on the company presentation resulted in clear messaging and value propositions for Enterprise customers and the public sector, backed by customer case studies. In addition, targeted campaigns engaged hundreds of thousands of employees at prospective customer accounts, boosting awareness of Foxway and driving substantial website traffic.
