Capgemini is a large multinational IT services and consulting company, headquartered in Paris, France. They help their clients embrace key technologies such as cloud, data, and artificial intelligence, and also work to improve their cybersecurity and environmental impact.

Mimmis Cleeren was engaged on a six-month consultancy assignment in 2018-2019, initially as a part-time “Mentor for hire” and later as Interim Head of Group IT Communications, providing strategic advice and communications planning support during a crucial phase of the company's internal digital transformation journey.

  • Planned organizational change and communications rollout of company-wide Microsoft Office 365 adoption program

Results

 

The new Group IT Identity Framework established a modern and cohesive visual identity across internal communications channels and IT-related systems and tools. The perception of Group IT was boosted internally by improving the strategic value in communications planning, the quality of messaging and by more effective and appealing content tailored to audience needs. This resulted in increased employee brand engagement and greater awareness and adoption of new IT systems and tools, ultimately boosting productivity, collaboration, and knowledge sharing throughout the company.

SUNMICO provided invaluable Marcomms expertise and internal communications leadership at a time when we were going through many changes as a result of an internal digital transformation journey. Mimmis Cleeren was engaged as a marketing and communications consultant to initially assess and make recommendations on strategies and plans to facilitate change and stimulate adoption of IT platforms and tools among our large employee base around the world. She served as a mentor and Marcomms coach for our global comms team and later as interim Head of Group IT Communications at Capgemini to support the transformation journey.

 

As part of my leadership team, Mimmis has been actively involved in the Digital strategy development for Group IT and has developed our creative, content and digital channel strategy. Over a six-month period, Mimmis helped us identify competence gaps that needed to be filled, supported the restructuring, upskilling and upscaling of the organization.
